Universal solution

Each charger is connected to a physical parking space in Parkit. That space can have one of several permit types, which determines how access and billing work.

Reserved spot

One assigned client is the billed user, but can share access with guests or colleagues.

Permit zone

Any user with a permit for that zone can charge. Billing goes to the permit owner.

Public xharging

Open the charger to external users via Parkit’s app or EasyPark — great for mixed-use locations.

Flexible billing

Advanced models for charging billing

Fixed pricing

Set a clear kWh price per outlet. Includes options for:

Base kWh price (e.g., 3.5 SEK/kWh)
Electricity tax as a separate item
Additional surcharge (e.g., for maintenance or markup)

Example use case:
A property owner wants to show a 3.5 SEK base price, add 0.2 SEK electricity tax, and apply a 0.3 SEK operations fee — for a total of 4.0 SEK/kWh, transparently itemized on the invoice.

Dynamic pricing

Integrated with NordPool’s hourly spot prices, updated 48 hours in advance. Each charger:

Follows hourly regional energy pricing
Can add a custom markup (e.g., +0.5 SEK)
Can include electricity tax as a separate line

This model encourages off-peak charging, lowers energy costs, and supports smarter grid behavior.
